Manuela is such a sweetheart. She recommended some drinks and made me a hibiscus blueberry lemonade which was the most refreshing drink without the caffeine. She made my husband a Honey Lavender Latte with Oat Milk which he chugged. It was delicious! This was my spouse and I's first time at the Fashion Show Mall location and we were intrigued and wanted to see what this cafe was all about. We were greeted right away. It's not just for Capital One cardholders either. You do, however, get discounts if you're a member and use your card. This location had a nice lounge with some spaces to book for meetings, interviews, presentations, study groups, etc. I was impressed by how spacious it was. I'm so happy it's coming here at Florida Mall in Orlando soon! I can't wait!

This Cafe is a vibe. It felt like walking into the Capital One Bank commercials, and I got to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with some calm music in the background. 10/10. The staff is incredible, as I should have expected. Definitely recommend.

I've been curious about this place ever since I saw the sign go up about it "coming soon." Since I have several accounts with Capital One, I'm going to make it a point to visit sometime this holiday weekend. I've seen that it's 50% off Peets for members. But that was before. Now if's featuring Verve. We finally made it here yesterday afternoon. We were assisted by Sheik, who was very nice and walked us through it. I added my husband on my checking accout. We also added checks. The first 50 are free. And we inquired about opening a money teen account for our tween. It was nice to get it all handled. We'll be coming back to get that set up too. Nice aesthetic here. Lots of areas for customers to chill. There are private meeting rooms too. The cafe is nice. Sheik got us drinks on the house too. Thank You! Hubby got a mocha, I got the matcha latte & stringbean got the hot chocolate. Nice people at the Cafe too. Everyone was happy with their drinks.

My one complaint about this company prior was not having a local branch to visit and handle transactions in person, but that's all been solved since welcome to our local branch of Capital One. It's located right here in Las Vegas, in the Fashion Show Mall. Not only can you do your banking and high end shopping all in one place, you can get a great cup of coffee and a small treat while you wait. Capital One is on the cutting edge of customer satisfaction and service. They provide so much value to their customers. If you have issues with their products you don't feel like a number? You feel that the bank has integrity and provides that human touch when dealing directly with any of their customer service professionals. In this world that's paramount in my opinion. The Capital One Cafes are a great place to escape from your local shopping experience too. You step into this cafe and are immediately invited in. Small treats are available to rebuild your strength. I especially love the privacy rooms available for working, which provide a quiet, comfortable space when you need to focus. The coffee is excellent, and their seasonal drinks are a real treat with unique flavors perfect for any time of year. An added bonus is the half-off drinks if you have a Capital One card--such a great deal! The pastries are also delicious, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love stopping by Capital One Cafés while traveling, and this one definitely lives up to the hype. I'll be back for sure!

My friends and I came two days in a row while we were in town. We loved their holiday drinks and couldn't say no to the current promo - $3 latte every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through December 29, 2024. My favorite drink is the winter mint mocha with oat milk (50% sweet) with whipped cream on top. This Capital One cafe location also has the friendliest staff.

This was my first time in any capital one cafe and they set the bar high. Bank employees greeted me at the door and helped me deposit my check. They comped me a latte since it was my first time in the branch. Customers must have been happy because everyone was smiling and networking. Great space to work remotely as well or plan a business meet up.

Nice and spacious inside. 50% off everyday if you are capital one credit card holder and you can reserve the private room for work or study. If you're not a capital one CC holder, every Tuesday, it's 50% off for everyone. We had lavender latte and the seasonal cinnamon ginger latte, both are delicious but on the sweet side.

Honestly a really great place to sit and work, chill or just grab a coffee. Much better styling than a Starbucks. They even have little offices if you need to take calls or block out the noise. Definitely a fan of these. Cafe has al the basics, coffee, snacks, and healthy treats.
